1. What cookies are
Small text files that websites store on a visitor's device to remember information between visits. Equivalent technologies, such as local storage, follow the same rules.
2. Our approach
This site uses technical cookies, which require no consent, and statistics and advertising-measurement cookies, which are set only if you accept them. You express your choice through the banner on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw it at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page.
The booking form and the map are provided by third parties and are loaded when the page opens, without waiting for any action on your part: they are the content described in section 4. Statistics and advertising-measurement cookies, by contrast, remain subject to your consent.
The site hosts no advertising space. Google Analytics advertising features do remain active, however: if you accept the advertising category, attribution cookies are set and some data is sent to Google's advertising domains, in order to measure campaign effectiveness. Typefaces are hosted on our own servers and generate no third-party requests.
3. Cookies used

Technical cookies are exempt from prior consent under art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code: without them the requested function could not be provided.
4. Third-party content
Booking form (TheFork) — the Book and Business Lunch pages embed the form provided by LaFourchette SAS, TripAdvisor group. It is loaded when the page opens, without you having to activate it: from that moment LaFourchette SAS receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, including those of the Datadome anti-fraud service and of the Stripe payment system the form relies on. Processing is governed by TheFork's privacy policy. If you would rather not use the form, you can book by phone on +39 02 6556 3706, by email or through the external link: these remain available next to the form.
Map (Google Maps) — on the Location page the map is loaded when the page opens, without you having to activate it: from that moment Google Ireland Limited receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. Next to the map you still find the written address and the link to open Maps in a new tab.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — unlike the two items above, Tag Manager is active on every page and does not require you to activate it: it is the manager that loads the other tools and sends your IP address to Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics 4 is configured through Tag Manager; it collects usage statistics and sets its own cookies only after you have consented to the corresponding categories. Processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Image and video delivery — served by BunnyWay d.o.o.'s network (Slovenia, EU). The service receives the IP address, technically necessary to deliver the files, and sets no cookies.
External links — the site links to Instagram and to the booking system. Following a link takes you to third-party sites, with their own notices, over which we have no control.
5. Managing your preferences
At the bottom of every page you will find the «Cookie preferences» link: from there you can review your choice, accept or reject individual categories and withdraw a consent already given, at any time and without contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Your preferences do not cover the booking form and the map, which are loaded in any case: the only way not to contact those two providers is to avoid the pages hosting them, or to use your browser's blocking tools.
You can also delete cookies already stored, or prevent them from being stored, from the same settings. Disabling the language cookie will not stop the site from working, but it will no longer remember your chosen language.
